Wes Fischer, Chief Executive Officer of NTWRK, leads the global growth and performance of the business. With more than 20 years’ experience in technology and digital media, Wes has worked in leading international businesses including Yamaha, Suncorp & Cleanaway. Leading the growth of ecommerce and high functioning marketing enabling businesses to achieve sustained attributable growth. Wes holds a degree in Commerce from Deakin University, Australia and when he isn’t working with a set of headphones on, will always have an NBA basketball game on in the background.
Garreth Dorey is the Chief Customer and People Officer and is responsible for NTWRK’s Customer Success functions globally. He has previously held positions in strategy, sales, marketing, and channel development across online and industrial service businesses. In his current capacity, he brings together his dual passions; delighting our customers and showing customers how to connect marketing and sales. Garreth believes that customer experience must resonate from the inside-out and when he’s not off the grid camping and fishing, advocates for positive engagement programs to effectively mobilise the business strategy at scale.
Natalie Wilson brings together almost 15 years of agency, public and private sector experience to lead the Public Relations and Communications team at NTWRK. A career spanning across global brands including National Australia Bank and Melbourne City Council, her passion for quality, consistentency and clear communications means holistic approaches of the highest standard for NTWRK customers. Natalie holds a degree in Communications (PR), a love of reading and writing, a passion for sport – particularly running as far and as fast as she can - and is by far the smallest member of the Australian NTWRK team.
As Head of Digital Strategy, Yee Wei is a key member of the global sales leadership team, responsible for driving relationships with government, financial institutions, enterprise, and promoting the flexible team building economy. Yee Wei has been with NTWRK since its inception and heads up the Malaysian operation where she delivers best-in-class people solutions, leadership, project management, and tips on how to go about your daily life when on a 10-day silent meditation programme.
Casandra is a dedicated creative writer with years of experience in digital agencies and e-commerce platforms like Groupon and Fave Malaysia. As Copywriter armed with a degree in creative writing and coffee, Casandra is the creative force responsible for crafting stories that NTWRK tells. When not typing furiously on her laptop or phone, she helps her dog, Angus, make new friends and build self-confidence at the local dog park.
A passionate full stack developer with over a decade of experience. Firdaus has developed enterprise solutions for a wide range of industries including agriculture, education, rail, telecommunication, government, and waste management. As part of his life-long pursuit of learning Firdaus is currently obsessed with open source programming languages, operation, reverse-engineering, and the art of rocking out silently to heavy metal.
Coming to NTWRK as a Digital Strategist, Izzaz brings with him years of experience from working at an email marketing agency for brands of varying sizes. His expertise there focused on helping brands boost their revenue from their email channels through data-driven methods, making him feel right at home with us! An avid dancer and performer, Izzaz's enthusiasm for busting a move translates over to his enthusiasm for digital marketing and data research the same.
Having worked in the Information and Communications Technology field, Jon made the switch to working with SEO in 2005 and hasn’t looked back since. As Senior Search Engine Optimisation advisor, Jon is the research powerhouse that points us in the right direction in everything that we do, be from website design to copywriting. He is also the man to go to for advise on Star Wars and beer-themed socks.
A rare gem that commands a decade of experience in web development and digital marketing, Li Yen is the force that drives all of NTWRK’s paid media efforts, specialising in search engine marketing, display and video advertising, and social media marketing. She has previously worked with leading brands across multiple industries such as Cleanaway, Fonterra Brands, Chanel, Astro, and COURTS (Malaysia). A person of immense patience, Li Yen credits this quality to her continuous use of a 12-year old laptop.
Flaunting a degree in International Business and Marketing, Rachael spent 5 months with the Growth Planning and Business Development team in Fave Asia. This Marvel Cinematic Universe nerd not only sports vast knowledge about superheroes, but a professional certification in Digital Marketing to boot! Rachael's bubbly personality belies some horrors, though — horror stories, that is, from her 1-year stint working retail!
Coming from a Finance and Marketing background, Rachel dipped her toes into the digital marketing industry after an internship stint at Hostel Hunting. Her thirst for adventure once led her to taking on an IT executive position with an IT company — with no experience in coding! Still waters run deep with this bold spirit, who hides a love for daredevil antics and adrenaline-spiking fun behind her quiet nature. She brings to NTWRK her professional experience in search engine optimisation as a Junior SEO Advisor.
