The Senior Digital Strategist will work with the NTWRK team to plan, deliver and evolve the digital marketing strategy and tactical campaigns, ensuring integration with all offline activities to deliver against business objectives.

About you

• You have 6+ years of experience in a marketing role, and minimum 4 years of experience managing digital marketing for business-to-business/business-to-customer clients to deliver commercial ROI
• You have a (preferably postgraduate) degree in Marketing or Business
• You have a strong understanding of the current digital landscape
• You have strong analytical, multitasking and leadership abilities
• You will be proactive in generating and encouraging new ideas to keep improving and evolving the digital strategy

What you’ll do

• Reporting to the Head of Digital Strategy, you will work to provide strategy through research and planning for business-to-business and business-to-customer clients.
• You will manage the Digital team on the implementation, tracking and monitoring, measurement and reporting of integrated marketing campaigns, on time and within budget to deliver business KPIs.
• You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of clients’ digital marketing to drive greater market awareness, customer engagement and new business leads through the use of CRM systems, email campaigns, social media, paid media, and SEO.
• You will provide customer insight to clients by monitoring, analysing and proactively reporting on the progress of customer engagement activities, research and campaign performance.
• You will work closely with the Brand team to deliver content (including design and copywriting) to complement strategy and campaign work.

The Graphic and Multimedia Designer will work with the NTWRK team to plan and execute a wide range of creative assets including but not limited to, images, videos and animations that contribute towards business objectives such as increasing brand awareness, lead generation and revenue targets for both the NTWRK brand and NTWRK clients.

About you

• You have minimum two years experience as a Graphic and Multimedia Designer or similar with proficiency in Adobe software
• You have exceptional design, animation and video skills
• You have a solid understanding of web accessibility
• You are able to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment and produce high quality creative assets backed by business acumen
• You are proactive in taking ownership of tasks/projects and identifying opportunities for improvement to add value to NTWRK and its clients

What you’ll do

• Reporting to the Head of Brand and Public Relations, you will provide graphic and multimedia design to given requirements, including video
• You will create an exciting, engaging, and interactive online experience
• You will create visual solutions through the use of specialised and latest technologies
• You will ensure design integrity and quality control from planning through to execution
• You will work collaboratively with the NTWRK team globally to brainstorm concepts and coordinate content creation for NTWRK and its clients

The Copywriter will work with the NTWRK team to plan and execute a wide range of creative assets that contribute towards business objectives such as increasing brand awareness, lead generation and revenue targets for both the NTWRK brand and NTWRK clients.

• You have exceptional and wide-ranging writing skills that require minimal editing
• You have a solid understanding of the digital landscape and best web writing practices, including SEO
• You are able to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment and produce high quality creative assets backed by business acumen
• You are proactive in taking ownership of tasks/projects and identifying opportunities for improvement to add value to NTWRK and its clients

What you’ll do

• Reporting to the Head of Brand and Public Relations, you will plan, research and execute written content including but not limited to business articles, blog posts, newsletters, social media posts and videos
• You will write and update web pages, landing pages, promotional banners, email campaigns, online advertising and search engine meta data
• You will write compelling copy with effective sales generating and conversion results
• You will ensure copy integrity and quality control from planning through to execution
• You will work collaboratively with the NTWRK team globally to brainstorm concepts and coordinate content creation for NTWRK and its clients

The Front End Web Designer will work within the NTWRK Team to adopt consumer-focused approach in building solutions and work with other developers in determining the prioritisation and estimation of new features and improvements.

About you

You will be expected to work closely with our creatives, developers, and clients to produce high-end digital design solutions, interactive concepts, and amazing experiences. You will possess a strong understanding of the entire web development process, including design, development and deployment, with some back-end knowledge.

What you’ll do

• Has a strong knowledge of usability and interaction design.
• Help lead design and code reviews. Share information regarding the application development and know-how.
• Producing functional requirement documents and specifications and creating quality mockups and prototypes on tight timelines.
• Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and other visual design tools.
• Enjoys working in a team environment.

Portfolio required.

The Web Developer will work with the NTWRK team to design and code websites (including function and integrations) to requested specifications using their first-class programming skills.

About you

• You have minimum 5 years experience in PHP programming, MySQL, HTML 5, CSS and Javascript
• You have in-depth knowledge and understanding of modern HTML/CSS and web applications
• You preferably have demonstrated experience with jQuery/AJAX and React JS
• You have experience in developing custom WordPress (or similar) themes and plug-ins
• You have experience in integrating API’s across multiple platforms and Operational Data Storages (ODS)
• You are an innovative and strategic thinker, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

What you’ll do

• Reporting to the Head of Digital Strategy, you will work to deliver excellent web development and related functions for business-to-business and business-to-customer clients.
• You will work with the Digital team to plan and implement end-to-end development of websites and web applications.
• You will integrate applications by designing database architecture and server scripting.
• You will study and establish connectivity with network systems, search engines, and information servers.
• You will provide technical and troubleshooting support across web development, testing, documentation and maintenance to ensure website platforms are under compliance and secure.
• You will identify opportunities for improved system solutions and recommend them accordingly.
