We sell data ownership, so we hold ourselves to the same standard here. The wider story of what we hold and why is in the privacy notice. When you arrive, measurement
is off and nothing that tracks you loads until you choose Accept. Choose Keep it off and the site works
exactly the same. Change your mind any time with the control below.
What is essential
One small entry in your browser remembers the choice you made on the banner, so we do not ask you
again on every page. It is not used to track you and is not shared. If you accept measurement, Google
Analytics also sets its own cookies; decline and it sets nothing.
What runs only if you accept
If you accept, we load two things. Google Analytics, to see which pages are read and which are not,
so we write better. And PostHog, which records a replay of your visit: the pages, the scrolling, the
clicks. We watch those to find where the site is confusing. Anything you type is masked before it
leaves your browser, so what you enter into a form is never in the recording. Until your Accept
reaches them, both are held in a denied state and collect nothing. If you decline, neither ever loads.
What we do not do
We never sell your data. No third-party trackers beyond the two analytics tools named above. Accept
does turn on Google's advertising-consent signals that come with Analytics; we do not run our own ad
cookies or ad campaigns off this. We record only that a choice was made, with nothing that identifies
you.
When you give us your details
When you subscribe, book a call, or download a guide, we keep what you sent, your email and the company
domain it belongs to, in our own systems on our own infrastructure. We also record how you engage with
us, a download, a click, the pages you read, and we score that automatically to decide, internally only,
which conversations to follow up first. The logic is simple and explainable. We will tell you how it
works if you ask, and we never use it to make an automated decision that has an adverse effect on you.
Ask us what we hold, ask us to correct it, or unsubscribe, any time, and we act on it promptly.
