We sell data ownership, so this page holds us to the standard we sell. Plain words, dated facts, nothing claimed that we could not show you.

The standard we work to
The Privacy Act does not currently bind NTWRK. We follow the Australian Privacy Principles anyway. A firm that helps clients get ready for the December 2026 disclosure duty should not need a law to keep its own house in order.
What we collect
Three things you give us, and one thing we count. The enquiry form: your name, work email, company, and what you tell us about the situation. The Build to Keep list: your email, how you joined, and whether you confirmed. Measurement: only if you accept it, and nothing before that. We checked this the hard way: with consent cleared, the site makes zero requests to Google. Your cookie choice itself is logged without any personal information attached. The one we count: we tally page views without identifying you. The page, the day, and where the visit came from, nothing about who you are.
When we send Build to Keep
We record that the email was delivered and which links were clicked, so we can tell what was worth reading. We do not use tracking pixels beyond the standard open beacon. Apple's mail privacy makes opens approximate anyway, so we treat clicks as the real signal.
Where it lives, and who touches it
Enquiries and the subscriber list live in our own database on Cloudflare (D1). Email is sent through Amazon SES in Sydney. Analytics, after you accept, is Google Analytics 4 loaded through Cloudflare Zaraz. That is the whole list. No CRM, no marketing automation suite, no booking tool, no data broker. Cloudflare serves this site from a global edge network; our database and email sending run from Australian-region infrastructure.
What we do not do
We do not score, rank, or prioritise enquiries with software. A person reads every one, usually Wes. We do not sell, rent, or share your details with anyone for their marketing. We do not run advertising or retargeting.
Automated decisions
As at 21 July 2026: none. No computer program here makes, or substantially contributes to, a decision that could significantly affect you. The site's security checks (a bot challenge on forms, rate limits) decide whether a request looks human, not anything about you. If this ever changes, this section changes first, before the system ships.
How long we keep things
Enquiries and subscriptions stay until you ask us to remove them. Unsubscribe and your address moves to a suppression list we keep permanently, so we can never email you again by mistake. Ask us to delete your details entirely and we will, and we will tell you when it is done.
Access and correction
Email hello@ntwrk.com.au and ask what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it. A person answers, normally within one business day.
