What we hold, and what we do with it.
This notice explains what information we collect through this site, why we use it and how to contact us about it. We review it when our practices change.

What we collect
When you contact us. We collect your name, email address and the information you choose to send, including your company and the situation you’d like to discuss. We also record where you say you heard about NTWRK and any campaign information sent with the form. To prepare our reply, our system reads the title and description of the website at your email address’s domain.
When you subscribe. We collect your email address, how you joined and whether you confirmed your subscription.
When you use the removability test. Calculating a score submits your seven answers, any optional profile details, the page and campaign information, and the time taken to complete the test. We also record the country code attached to the request. If you request a report, we also receive your email address and store it with your answers. Subscribing to Build to Keep is a separate choice.
When you download the field guide. We collect your email address, the page you downloaded from, any campaign information and how far down the page you had read. Subscribing to Build to Keep is a separate choice.
When you call us. Calls to our phone number are connected through Twilio and forwarded to a mobile phone. Twilio keeps a record of the calling number and the time and length of each call.
When you visit the site. We count page views and record your measurement choice. Optional analytics, session replay and page-speed measurement are controlled by that choice. The cookies page explains the distinction.
How we handle enquiries
A person reads each enquiry and decides how to respond. We do not use software to score enquiries or set their follow-up order. We use the details you send to answer your request.
When we send Build to Keep
We record whether each email was delivered, bounced or reported as spam. Since 28 August 2026 we have not recorded opens or link clicks.
The services we use
We use Cloudflare to host this site and store enquiry and subscription records in a database we control. Amazon SES sends our email from its Sydney region. Our email inbox is hosted by Microsoft 365, and each enquiry is copied to it. Twilio connects calls to our phone number. If you accept optional measurement, we use Google Analytics 4 and PostHog, and the site loads a page-speed library from unpkg.com, a public code host. PostHog includes session replay so we can review how the site is used. PostHog processes that information in the United States, is set to discard IP addresses and keeps session replays for 30 days.
Our service providers process information to operate these services. The records we control and the infrastructure used to process them are different things.
What we do not do
We do not sell, rent, or share your details with anyone for their marketing. We do not run advertising or retargeting.
Automated decisions
As at 21 July 2026: none. No computer program here makes, or substantially contributes to, a decision that could significantly affect you. The site’s security checks (a bot challenge on forms, rate limits) decide whether a request looks human, not anything about you. If this ever changes, this section changes first, before the system ships.
How long we keep things
We do not delete records on a schedule. Enquiries, subscriptions, field guide downloads, removability test responses and email delivery records stay until you ask us to remove them. Page-view counts, page-speed measurements and the log of measurement choices hold nothing that identifies you and are kept without an end date. If you accept optional measurement, Google Analytics keeps that event data for 14 months, and keeps the identifier for your browser for 14 months after your most recent visit. When you send a form, your IP address is held for up to ten minutes to apply rate limits. Our database provider keeps a restore history, so a deleted record can remain in it for up to 30 days. When you unsubscribe, we stop sending Build to Keep and retain a suppression record so the address is not added again by mistake. We keep the same record when an address bounces permanently or reports our email as spam. If you ask us to delete your information, we’ll explain any record we need to retain to honour that request or meet another obligation.
Access and correction
To ask what we hold about you, request a correction or ask for deletion, email hello@ntwrk.com.au. Tell us enough to locate the relevant record. Please don’t send sensitive identity documents unless we ask for a secure way to verify your request.
